After a few time I just found this softwares. You guys can
use them without connected to internet.all are free softwares.two tools are

well known and familiar among many Sinhala bloggers.but it’s hard to find
available place.then I decided to upload it to a privet server that anybody can
download. You can click below download link then download.after downloading
unpack folder using Win.rar then find
singlish.exe and launch it.you can see two panels.write down Sinhala words in
first panel second panel appear the translated words in Sinhala letters.

Another way to Sinhala typing is to use Singrisi Unicoder
tool.I properly don’t know who is author of this.but I Upload it to one click
download possible server.I’ll add instructions here on how to use the
softwares.most software applications are compatible with windows & and
newest versions.it will not too difficult to use these Sinhala typing softwares
in those platforms.but still you are using windows XP remember to download and install .Net framework 2. or newest
version.you can do it Microsoft official site .after
install .Net next download Sinhala Typing software.Singlish or Singreesi.then
unpack it using Winrar.there should be a file as Singlish.exe (in unpacked
release folder)or Singreesi.exe(in Singreesi folder).Double click it then start
to Sinhala typing.
